Thornborough Parish Paths, the definitive guide to footpaths in and around the village, has just been reprinted by the Parish Council, and is now available free of charge from the Post Office and from The Two Brewers.
As well as highlighting public footpaths and bridleways, it shows the Parish boundaries, which extend from Thornborough Mill in the north to Coombs in the south, and from Thornborough Bridge in the west to Tyrrellcote in the east - a much bigger area than many people realise.
There is also a pictorial guide to many of Thornborough's landmarks, including the medieval Thornborough Bridge and the new Thornborough Community Woodland at Coombs, both well worth a walk to.
